Dr. Ortiz has 25 years of experience in planning, research, senior university management. She has 18 years of experience as a consultant in corporate management in the U.S., Latin America and, Europe.
Her research interest areas include: program evaluation and assessment, higher education, strategic leadership, bullying, institutional research, accreditation and institutional effectiveness.
